Smartphone shopping will account for almost 30% of all holiday shopping in 2010, according to the National Retail Federation. The smartphone generation has positioned itself with all the apps needed to get the best possible price for products.
Are you, as a retailer, in the best possible position to offer them that price? Retail stores need the ability to allow customers to search their web site for product information via a smartphone. When they look online to purchase a product offered at your store, a link to your web site should pop up with a competitive price.
