Best Buy to be More Hands-On with Customers

Best Buy stores in Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, and New Mexico will be redesigned with a bit of a Genius Bar approach. The idea is to provide customers with expert assistance on how to use all those mobile phones, games, home theaters, wireless photography, and broadband technologies.

The overhaul will open up the middle of the stores and place tech-explanation stations there with someone available to assist customers with questions or to provide hands-on tutorials.
